This FREE event is part of the 2018 Vertigo Performance Art Series at Waterloo Center for Arts (Waterloo Iowa). The event takes place on November 30th. Actions, to be initiated around 4:30pm will officially begin to culminate around 7pm.
Earlier this year I negotiated a licensing deal with All Rise Films, for use of archival footage from my 2014 Ferguson street action (‘Counting the Dead’), in their feature-length documentary ‘Give Us This Day’. The film, created by Emmy and Peabody award-winning filmmakers Jeff Zimbalist and Michael Zimbalist, has been featured at the Tribeca Film Festival, in addition to receiving a prestigious LA Film Award. On November 8 at 10pm ET/PT, this documentary will premiere on AT&T AUDIENCE Network and AT&T video platforms including DIRECTV Ch. 239, U-verse TV Ch. 1114, DIRECTV NOW, and WatchTV.
Fugitive TV invades Brooklyn Public Access on November 5th! NEO-EMANCIPATION will be premiering on BRIC Television as part of its Emmy Award winning program, Brooklyn Free Speech HD. The show — premiering on 11/5/2018 — will replay every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (for the entire month of November) at 2am and 10pm. Although the show will be airing exclusively on cable channels in Brooklyn (via Verizon, Spectrum and Optimum), it will be viewable worldwide via streaming at BRICartsmedia.org/HD.
